Great service and the staff are respectful, I dropped my sandwich in the parking lot visible through the glass windows and they remade my cheesesteak !

I disagree with some of the poor comments. We've been coming to this shop for years and we've never had a problem with our sandwiches, the service is great and the shop is always clean.
This place was really good. I don't know why there was so many poor reviews but the sandwiches are great. My wife, two teen kids and I picked up four sandwiches (chicken parmigiana, cheese steak, turkey and vegetarian) on the way to rent a boat at Lake Mead and they were delicious. Everyone got a different type of sandwich and we were all pleased and full. In fact, it's almost 7 at night and no one is hungry for dinner which is amazing after a day boating and tubing.
I love Capriotti's, although I've only have a few of their sandwiches. They have a catering pack, I've had several. But when I go, 99% of the time I'm getting The Bobbie. Yes it's that amazing. This location is clean, neat, staffed with a crew of amazing ladies that take your order and have your sandwich done before you can finish looking around. Everyone needs to eat here, it's that good.
Love the choices of subs. We used to go to subway but have been very disappointed lately. I also love the salads. We order a line and. OST of the time the order is ready upon arrival.
The Mrs & I went to a Super Bowl watch party & everyone was asked to bring something to eat & share with the crowd. We decided on a Bobby party tray from Capriotti's in Boulder City. If you've never had a Bobby, imagine Thanksgiving diner in a bun. Turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce & mayonnaise: it's simply wonderful! And it could not have been easier. Ordered over the phone two days ahead & paid when we picked it up Sunday afternoon. Carefully packaged in a box, it was the hit of the event. This particular store is clean with friendly employees. We stop in for a sandwich whenever we're in Boulder City.
